{"id":3907,"date":"2021-09-18T11:10:25","date_gmt":"2021-09-18T04:10:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pkt-group.com\/sawitnotif\/?p=3907"},"modified":"2022-05-23T16:33:41","modified_gmt":"2022-05-23T09:33:41","slug":"ini-alasan-pemerintah-terapkan-bea-keluar-produk-sawit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pkt-group.com\/sawitnotif\/ini-alasan-pemerintah-terapkan-bea-keluar-produk-sawit\/","title":{"rendered":"Ini Alasan Pemerintah Terapkan Bea Keluar Produk Sawit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Sawit Notif &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sejak diterapkannya bea keluar produk pertanian, termasuk kelapa sawit, sejumlah pihak bertanya-tanya dan tak sedikit menimbulkan pro dan kontra terhadap kebijakan tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direktur Teknis Kepabeanan Bea Cukai Kementerian Keuangan Fadjar Donny menjawab pertanyaan tersebut dengan menjelaskan bahwa kebijakan tersebut bertujuan untuk menjamin pemenuhan kebutuhan di dalam negeri, melindungi kelestarian sumber daya alam, sebagai mekanisme penjagaan stabilitas harga komoditi dalam negeri, serta sebagai langkah antisipasi jika terjadi kenaikan harga yang drastis di pasar internasional, dikutip dari <em><b><a href=\"https:\/\/ekonomi.bisnis.com\/read\/20210909\/12\/1440369\/alasan-pemerintah-terapkan-bea-keluar-produk-sawit\">Bisnis.com<\/a><\/b><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Merujuk pada PMK No. 166\/PMK.10\/2020, kelapa sawit, CPO dan produk turunannya menjadi segelintir komoditas yang dikenai bea keluar. Namun, produk turunan oleokimia yang sebagian besar merupakan produk hilir, seperti <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fatty alcohol, fatty amine, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">glycerol <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tidak dikenai bea keluar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tercatat sepanjang Januari hingga Juli 2021, pencapaian ekspor produk oleokimia Indonesia sebanyak 3,82 juta ton. Angka tersebut meningkat dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama di tahun sebelumnya yang hanya berjumlah 3,26 juta ton.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produk dalam bentuk <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fatty acid <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">atau asam lemak mendominasi ekspor oleokimia dengan komposisi 58 persen, disusul oleh <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">glycerol <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sebesar 21 persen, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fatty alcohol <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11 persen, dan sabun 8 persen.
